MOUNT STORM KING
Be prepared for this hike because you'll be climbing nearly 2000 vertical feet in 2 miles! This beast of a climb is west of Port Angeles and the hike begins on the Marymere Falls Nature Trail. It's a definite thigh burner and there's really nowhere to rest until you get to the top. Be aware that this is a dangerous hike and bad weather frequents the area. If you dare, the summit is worth it with views of Lake Crescent down below is pretty spectacular.
